Hello,
My name is Mike. I have been a teacher in Jeffco for the past 20 years. I have worked in several elementary schools, as well as a middle school, and also spent 5 years at Outdoor Lab. I love the outdoors, flying, and real estate. Currently I serve as the Expanded Learning Time Coordinator and STEM teacher at Peak. I hope to inspire kids to love Science and exploring the natural world.

Hi, I am Erika Williams. I am honored to be a part of this Peak CREW! I work as the Family Engagement Liaison and the Grant Manager. It is a privilege to connect with our families in a deeper way and work with our wider community to get involved at Peak. One of my great joys is finding the best ways for individuals and organizations to partner with our school in whatever way fits you best - whether that is teaching an enrichment class, joining classes on their field experiences, or supporting in the classroom. Ask me about ways to partner with our school!
I love working at Peak because it is this intersection of what I am passionate about personally and professionally. In my free time you can find me wandering through the nooks & crannies of our beautiful state alongside my husband and dog. We enjoy mountain biking, camping, skiing, climbing, and exploring the backcountry. It has been really special to see our students connect with the outdoors through their field experiences this year. I grew up in a K-8 school in Southern Oregon that was much like Peak. It was a school that recognized the power of hands-on learning through meaningful experiences in a small, supportive community. It feels like I am coming full-circle being able to participate in a community like this one that holds many of the same values as the one I grew up in. I love our Peak students, families, and stellar staff. It is truly a special community.
